Fresh Veggie Basket Salad


3 small carrots, trimmed and peeled
2 Tomato , washed and chopped
2 Cumbers, washed and trimmed
1/2 Lettuce,washed and chopped 
6-8  Green Olive oil , chopped 

2 cups chickpeas, precooked (either by you or canned) and rinsed
3 tbsp Vinegar 
1 tbsp salt to taste
1 tbsp Black pepper


Add the peas to a large mixing bowl.
Slice the carrots and cucumbers into thin rounds, and add to the peas.
Add chopped green olive oil, tomatoes  and lettuce into mixing bowl. 
Mix together with  Vinegar
 Then season with salt & pepper.
